I was also able to develop a strong understanding of math concepts and the underlying principles of math.

After college, I was hired as a math educator at the high school and middle school levels. I was eager to put my knowledge and skills to work and help my students succeed. I was always surprised and delighted when I saw a student’s face light up as they began to understand a concept and appreciate the beauty of mathematics.

My job as a math educator was not always easy. I was often faced with students who were struggling to understand a concept and felt completely overwhelmed. I strived to make math accessible and understandable for all of my students. I worked hard to create lessons and activities that were engaging and fun, as well as challenging.

One of the most rewarding moments for me as a math educator was when I saw a student’s furrowed brow begin to unfurl as they gained a better understanding of a concept. It was a moment that I cherished and always made me smile. It reminded me why I became a math educator in the first place and of the importance of helping students gain a deeper understanding of mathematics.

I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a math educator. It has been an amazing experience that has helped me grow and develop my own skills and understanding of mathematics.
