Tis the season and WWE has some presents for its fans. While the Christmas gift for the fans was the return of Randy Orton and CM Punk, the higher-ups have planned another gift for the New Year’s celebration. The beloved PPV-themed SmackDown New Year’s Revolution is finally coming back after over a decade and a half.
WWE brings back nostalgia for fans
The first week of the new year is going to be full of treats for WWE fans. As posted by WWE’s Chief Content Officer, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque on X (formerly Twitter) the week will be full with 6 shows that shouldn’t be missed. Dubbed the WWE New Year’s Knockout Week, the week would start with Day One of Monday Night Raw and will end with SmackDown New Year’s Revolution.
6 can’t-miss shows. 1 epic week.

It is important to note that the last time fans witnessed SmackDwon New Year’s Revolution was back in 2007. Other than the Raw and SmackDown, NXT will have a special show called the NXT New Year’s Evil. Along with that, Best of the Bump 2023 and a live WWE 2024 preview will also be a part of this celebration week.
